Key Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site installation, commissioning, calibration, and preventive maintenance of complex Honeywell systems such as PLCs, SCADA, and instrumentation.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues using advanced diagnostic tools, root cause analysis, and schematic interpretation to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct system performance testing, upgrades, and retrofits, ensuring compliance with industry standards like ISO and OSHA.
  • Train customer personnel on system operation, troubleshooting, and safety protocols to enhance end-user capabilities.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and sales to provide field feedback for product improvements and custom solutions.
  • Prepare detailed service reports, maintain accurate records in Honeywell's CRM systems, and manage spare parts inventory.
  • Respond to emergency service calls 24/7, traveling internationally as needed to support critical operations.

  • Proven track record of troubleshooting and repairing complex electro-mechanical systems in field environments (experience)
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 70% including extended stays at customer sites (experience)
  • Valid passport and eligibility for international work visas (experience)
  • Strong safety orientation with knowledge of OSHA, ATEX, or equivalent international standards (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering or related discipline (experience)
  • Honeywell product certifications (e.g., Experion PKS, TDC 3000) or equivalent vendor training (experience)
  • Experience in oil & gas, power generation, or aviation sectors (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and commission Honeywell control systems and instrumentation at international customer sites
  • Diagnose electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and proprietary software tools
  • Execute preventive maintenance schedules and predictive analytics to optimize system reliability and uptime
  • Lead root cause failure analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  • Interface with customers to assess needs, deliver training sessions, and ensure post-service satisfaction
  • Document all service activities in detail via mobile apps and enterprise systems for compliance and billing
  • Coordinate with global logistics for parts procurement and support cross-functional project teams
