Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to identify service needs, resolve escalations, and drive upsell opportunities.
  • Implement safety protocols, quality standards, and compliance with industry regulations such as OSHA and ISO certifications.
  • Utilize data analytics and CRM tools to monitor KPIs, forecast service demands, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Travel occasionally (up to 25%) to customer sites or team locations for training, audits, or critical issue resolution.
  • Develop and manage budgets for service operations, optimizing costs while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores (NPS > 90).
