- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Dutch, French, German) preferred for international assignments (experience)
- Ability to obtain security clearance where required (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, BICSI, or manufacturer-specific credentials (e.g., Honeywell, Lenel, Milestone) (experience)
- Experience with IP-based security systems and cloud platforms (experience)
- Prior work in predictive maintenance using IoT or AI tools (experience)
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and commission access control systems, CCTV surveillance, and integrated security platforms at customer sites
- Diagnose and repair system malfunctions through systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules using diagnostic software and tools
- Perform site surveys and system upgrades to enhance security performance and compliance
- Document service reports, generate invoices, and update customer records in Honeywell's CRM system
- Provide technical training and support to end-users and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards during all field activities
