Key Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly sales forecasting, variance analysis, and revenue recognition for BMS Europe portfolio to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage working capital metrics, including accounts receivable, inventory turns, and cash flow optimization, targeting improvements in Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives and pricing strategies in partnership with sales and product teams to enhance profitability.
- Lead financial modeling for project bids, ensuring robust margin analysis and risk assessment for large-scale BMS implementations.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, local tax regulations, and Honeywell's internal controls across multiple European jurisdictions.
- Prepare executive-level dashboards, KPIs, and presentations for senior management reviews and strategic planning sessions.
- Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement within the finance team.

- Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion (experience)
- Strong understanding of IFRS and European regulatory compliance (experience)
- Ability to travel up to 20-30% across Europe (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CMA) certification (experience)
- Experience in the building technologies, industrial automation, or construction industry (experience)
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling tools like Excel (advanced formulas, VBA) or Power BI (experience)
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed variance analysis on sales, margins, and project performance to identify trends and recommend corrective actions
- Optimize working capital through proactive AR collections, inventory management, and supplier payment strategies
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop pricing models and commercial contracts that maximize profitability
- Prepare accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans aligned with BMS Europe business objectives
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to group finance
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and controls to enhance efficiency and compliance
