You will manage financial planning, analysis, and reporting for key business units, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic business initiatives and achieve profitability targets.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including variance analysis, accruals, and reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Provide actionable insights through advanced financial modeling, scenario analysis, and KPI dashboards to inform executive decision-making.
- Oversee internal controls, compliance with GAAP/IFRS, SOX requirements, and risk management to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial exposures.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and R&D teams to evaluate investment opportunities, cost optimization, and pricing strategies.
- Mentor and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Drive process enhancements using ERP systems like SAP and advanced analytics tools to streamline financial operations.

- Proven track record with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting in a multi-billion-dollar organization (experience)
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification (experience)
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, MBA, or equivalent (experience)
- Experience in aerospace, industrial, or Fortune 100 companies (experience)
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Hyperion for financial analytics (experience)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement
- Manage the annual budgeting process and long-range financial planning for assigned business units
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements
- Lead cross-functional projects for financial system implementations and process improvements
- Analyze business performance metrics and develop strategies to improve profitability and efficiency
- Mentor junior staff and collaborate with global finance teams on strategic initiatives
