Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for key global hospitality clients, identifying opportunities to upsell Honeywell's building automation technologies such as advanced HVAC controls, energy management systems, and IoT-enabled guest room automation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives in the hospitality sector, acting as their trusted advisor on automation solutions that reduce energy costs by up to 30% and improve guest satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and product development to deliver customized proposals and implementations that align with client sustainability targets like net-zero emissions.
  • Monitor account performance metrics, forecast revenue, and drive a 15-20% year-over-year growth in portfolio value through proactive opportunity identification and contract renewals.
  • Represent Honeywell at industry events, trade shows, and client summits to showcase our automation innovations and generate leads in the European hospitality market.
  • Ensure compliance with global regulations and Honeywell standards while delivering exceptional post-sale support to maximize client retention and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

  • Proven track record of managing global key accounts in the hospitality industry, with demonstrated revenue growth achievements (experience)
  • Fluency in English and French; additional European languages (e.g., German, Spanish) highly advantageous (experience)
  • Strong understanding of building automation systems (BAS), HVAC, energy management, and IoT applications in hotels (experience)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% internationally across Europe (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Engineering (experience)
  • Certifications such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or LEED AP (experience)
  • Experience with hospitality clients like Marriott, Hilton, or Accor, including CRM tools like Salesforce (experience)

  • Own the full lifecycle management of a portfolio of global hospitality accounts, from strategic planning to contract negotiation and renewal
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting needs assessments and demonstrating ROI on Honeywell automation solutions
  • Lead cross-selling initiatives for integrated building management systems, targeting energy efficiency and guest experience enhancements
  • Analyze client data and market trends to develop tailored growth strategies, achieving quarterly revenue targets
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery, on-time installations, and client training
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as client satisfaction, revenue per account, and sustainability metrics using Honeywell analytics tools
  • Foster long-term partnerships by providing thought leadership on industry trends like smart hotels and ESG compliance
