Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission Honeywell SAS and SCADA systems at customer facilities, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on control systems to minimize downtime in 24/7 operations.
- Configure software and hardware components, including PLCs, HMIs, and safety instrumented systems, per project specifications.
- Conduct site surveys, risk assessments, and FAT/SAT testing to validate system performance and compliance with industry standards like IEC 61511.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and clients, to deliver tailored solutions and technical support.
- Document all service activities, generate reports, and provide training to end-users on system operation and maintenance.
- Respond to emergency service calls, applying root cause analysis to resolve complex field issues efficiently.

- Conduct field testing, including loop checks, FAT/SAT, and commissioning to validate system integrity
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues using root cause analysis and advanced diagnostic tools
- Provide on-site training and technical support to client operators and maintenance teams
- Document service activities, prepare detailed reports, and update system documentation for knowledge transfer
