Key Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and test hardware components for R&D projects using CAD tools and simulation software.

- Document designs, test results, and recommendations in detailed technical reports.

- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers (experience)
- Ability to work on-site full-time in an international Honeywell location (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (experience)
- Internship or co-op experience in hardware engineering or R&D at a tech/manufacturing firm (experience)
- Familiarity with industry standards such as IPC for PCB design or ISO 9001 for quality management (experience)
Responsibilities
- Develop and simulate hardware schematics and PCB layouts using tools like Altium Designer or KiCad
- Build and test prototypes of embedded systems, sensors, and control hardware for R&D applications
- Perform signal integrity analysis, thermal testing, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) assessments
- Collaborate with firmware teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration
- Analyze test data using MATLAB or Python to iterate designs and improve performance metrics
- Contribute to technical documentation, including BOMs, datasheets, and design verification reports
- Support innovation initiatives by researching emerging technologies like edge computing hardware
