In this critical leadership role, you will ensure the efficient execution of production plans and operational discipline by effectively managing human and material resources. Your focus will be on achieving excellence in Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Productivity (QCDP) metrics while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop high-performing production teams, coordinating daily operations and production programs to meet or exceed targets.
  • Administer payroll, HR processes, and resource allocation, including the 6 M’s (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Measurement, Mother Nature).
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot production issues, and implement lean manufacturing practices, 5S standards, and Honeywell Operating System (HOS).
  • Drive kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance overall plant performance.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, ISO standards, and internal procedures, conducting audits and training as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production leadership roles (experience)
  • Proven track record in achieving QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Productivity) objectives (experience)
  • Experience managing teams in a lean manufacturing environment (experience)
  • Strong knowledge of safety standards, ISO certifications, and operational excellence methodologies (experience)
  • Fluency in English; additional languages preferred for international roles (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (experience)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (experience)
  • Experience with Honeywell Operating System (HOS) or similar operating systems (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead production teams to execute daily plans, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to production schedules
  • Manage human and material resources, including payroll processing, training, and performance evaluations
  • Implement and sustain lean manufacturing practices, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives like kaizen
  • Provide technical guidance and resolve complex production problems using root cause analysis tools
  • Conduct safety audits, enforce compliance with ISO standards and internal procedures
  • Monitor and report on QCDP metrics, driving corrective actions to meet performance targets
  • Coordinate cross-shift activities and collaborate with support functions for seamless operations
