Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise production teams to execute daily production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to QCDP targets.
  • Administer human resources including payroll, performance evaluations, training programs, and talent development to build high-performing teams.
  • Coordinate production programs, provide technical support, and manage the 6 M’s (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Measurement, Mother Nature) for optimal resource utilization.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles, 5S standards, Honeywell Operating System (HOS), and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ISO standards, and internal procedures through regular audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
  • Resolve complex production issues using root cause analysis tools like 8D, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

  • Experience implementing lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies (experience)
  • Strong knowledge of safety standards, ISO 9001, and manufacturing compliance requirements (experience)
  • Ability to manage teams in a high-volume production environment (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (experience)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (experience)
  • Experience with Honeywell Operating System (HOS) or similar operating systems (experience)
  • International manufacturing experience and fluency in English and Spanish (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute production plans, optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency and QCDP performance
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for manufacturing processes, ensuring minimal downtime and high yield
  • Manage payroll, HR processes, and team development programs to maintain morale and compliance
  • Drive implementation of lean tools, 5S, HOS, and Kaizen events to eliminate waste and boost productivity
  • Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and training to uphold ISO standards and zero-incident goals
  • Analyze production data using KPIs and root cause tools to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
  • Collaborate with supply chain, quality, and engineering teams to support new product introductions and process improvements
