Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise production teams to execute daily production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to QCDP targets.
- Administer human resources including payroll, performance evaluations, training programs, and talent development to build high-performing teams.
- Coordinate production programs, provide technical support, and manage the 6 M’s (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Measurement, Mother Nature) for optimal resource utilization.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles, 5S standards, Honeywell Operating System (HOS), and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ISO standards, and internal procedures through regular audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
- Resolve complex production issues using root cause analysis tools like 8D, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
