Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve complex system malfunctions remotely using diagnostic software and on-site through hands-on expertise.

  • Expertise in troubleshooting DDC systems, BACnet, LonWorks, and Niagara-based platforms (experience)
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally (up to 25%) to Honeywell sites (experience)
  • EPA Section 608 certification for refrigerant handling (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering or related discipline (experience)
  • Honeywell-specific certifications (e.g., WEBs, Symplicity, or Forge) (experience)
  • 7+ years in commercial HVAC/BAS service with large-scale project experience (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance HVAC field service efficiency, reducing downtime and costs
  • Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting support for HVAC controls and building automation systems remotely and on-site
  • Mentor and train field technicians on advanced diagnostics, repairs, and Honeywell proprietary software
