Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on conveyor systems, including belt drives, rollers, motors, and automated sorting mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, VFDs, and robotic integration to minimize equipment downtime.
- Conduct system optimizations and upgrades to improve throughput, energy efficiency, and safety compliance.
- Document service activities, generate detailed reports, and provide training to customer maintenance teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and sales, to support installation, commissioning, and 24/7 emergency response.
- Adhere to OSHA, NFPA, and Honeywell safety standards while working on live industrial systems.

- Ability to travel locally (Dallas area) and work weekend shifts (e.g., Fri-Sun, 6pm-6am) (experience)
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background/drug screening (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline (experience)
- Certifications such as ISA Certified Control Systems Technician (CCST) or RETA Industrial Refrigeration (experience)
- Experience with Honeywell or similar automation platforms and CMMS software (experience)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults in conveyor systems using test equipment and schematics
- Program and modify PLC logic, HMI interfaces, and safety interlocks to optimize system performance
- Perform root cause analysis on failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Install and commission new conveyor modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing warehouse automation
- Maintain accurate service records in Honeywell's digital platforms and provide uptime metrics to customers
- Train on-site personnel on maintenance best practices and safety protocols
- Respond to emergency service calls, achieving rapid resolution to support 24/7 operations
