In this remote role, you will drive revenue growth by selling Honeywell's innovative industrial automation, aerospace, and building technologies solutions to customers worldwide. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will leverage your sales expertise and technical knowledge to build lasting client relationships and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations via video conferencing tools, highlighting Honeywell's value propositions in safety, productivity, and sustainability solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals while maximizing profitability and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and technical support to deliver customized solutions.
  • Analyze customer needs and market trends to recommend appropriate Honeywell products, upselling and cross-selling where applicable.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas through persistent follow-up and relationship-building.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar (experience)
  • Strong understanding of sales processes from lead generation to deal closure (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business or related field (experience)
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Honeywell product training (experience)
  • Experience selling technical solutions in automation, safety systems, or building technologies (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting and lead nurturing
  • Deliver compelling virtual product demos and tailored solution proposals to prospective clients
  • Manage full sales cycle including quoting, negotiating, and closing complex deals
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure post-sale satisfaction
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and Honeywell product updates to inform sales strategies
