Key Responsibilities

- Analyze test data using tools like MATLAB, Python, or LabVIEW to identify defects, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers and systems integrators, to support integration testing and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
- Document test results, generate reports, and present findings to stakeholders to drive product enhancements and compliance with industry standards such as MIL-STD or DO-178C.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of test environments, including anechoic chambers, network simulators, and automated test equipment.

- Develop and execute test plans and procedures for SATCOM systems, including unit, integration, and system-level testing
- Perform RF testing, modulation analysis, and bit error rate (BER) measurements using spectrum analyzers and signal generators
- Analyze test results to identify anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate test feedback into design iterations and support qualification testing
- Document all test activities, results, and discrepancies in detailed reports compliant with aerospace standards
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient lab environment
- Support agile development processes by participating in sprint reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
