This hybrid role starts with full-time office-based onboarding in Leicester to ensure comprehensive support during your learning phase, transitioning to 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on Honeywell's Building Automation Systems (BAS), including Niagara Framework and building management software.
  • Assist in creating customized training materials, such as user manuals, e-learning modules, and interactive simulations for client end-users.
  • Support live and virtual training workshops, ensuring participants achieve proficiency in system operation, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with product engineers and sales teams to align training content with the latest software updates and hardware integrations.
  • Gather client feedback post-training to refine programs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Shadow senior trainers on-site installations and client consultations to gain practical insights into real-world applications.

Summary

We have an opportunity for a Client Trainer Intern to join us at Honeywell, in Leicester, where you will be responsible for training within Building Automation. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model, but you will start the role fulltime in the office, in order for us to support your learning, and be expected to work from the office during training.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with e-learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, Articulate) (experience)
  • Availability for hybrid work model starting full-time in office (experience)
  • Legal right to work in the UK (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or coursework in technical training or adult education (experience)
  • Familiarity with Niagara Framework or BACnet protocols (experience)
  • Experience creating training content or public speaking (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver interactive training modules on Honeywell Building Automation Systems for diverse client groups
  • Develop multimedia training materials including videos, quizzes, and hands-on simulations
  • Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure learning outcomes and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate product updates into training curricula
  • Provide on-site and remote support during client training sessions and Q&A
  • Analyze training feedback to recommend enhancements and track program effectiveness
  • Assist in logistics for training events, including scheduling and virtual platform setup
