Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French, Spanish, German, and/or Italian, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Analyze customer feedback data to identify trends and recommend improvements to support and service processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and localize customer-facing content, including guides, FAQs, and digital resources.
  • Assist in monitoring customer experience metrics using tools like Salesforce and Tableau, generating reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of customer experience initiatives, such as chatbot enhancements and self-service portals.
  • Participate in voice-of-customer programs, conducting surveys and follow-ups to drive continuous improvement.

  • Availability for a full-time 12-month contract in a hybrid international setting (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or part-time experience in customer support or experience roles (experience)
  • Familiarity with customer analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics) (experience)
  • Additional language proficiency beyond the required two (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer queries in multiple languages, achieving 95% first-contact resolution rate
  • Document and escalate complex issues to specialized teams while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback using surveys and interaction logs to inform process enhancements
  • Create and update multilingual knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer insights for product improvements
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CSAT, NPS, and response times
  • Support training sessions for new team members on language-specific customer protocols
