Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer feedback from multiple channels (email, chat, surveys) to identify trends and pain points, delivering actionable insights to improve service delivery.
  • Assist in designing and testing user journeys for Honeywell's customer portals and mobile apps, ensuring seamless digital experiences.
  • Support multilingual customer interactions by drafting responses and troubleshooting issues in English and preferred languages (French/Spanish/German/Italian/Dutch).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and IT, to implement customer experience enhancements and track their impact via KPIs.
  • Conduct voice-of-customer sessions and competitive benchmarking to recommend process improvements.
  • Maintain and update customer experience dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI for real-time reporting.

  • Legal authorization to work in the assigned international location for the 12-month contract (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in French, Spanish, German, Italian, or Dutch (experience)
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Zendesk (experience)
  • Completion of customer experience or UX design coursework/certifications (e.g., Google UX Design Certificate) (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback data from digital channels to generate monthly insight reports
  • Develop and refine customer journey maps to optimize touchpoints in Honeywell's support ecosystem
  • Provide first-level support for customer inquiries via chat and email, escalating complex issues as needed
  • Partner with UX designers to test and iterate on website and app interfaces for improved usability
  • Track customer satisfaction metrics (NPS, CSAT) and propose targeted improvement initiatives
  • Assist in training customer service teams on new tools and best practices
  • Contribute to global customer experience projects, including multilingual content localization
