Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in analyzing customer feedback data from multiple channels to identify trends and improvement opportunities in Honeywell's service delivery.
  • Support the creation and execution of customer journey mapping initiatives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and support, to resolve escalated customer issues efficiently.
  • Contribute to the development of multilingual customer communication materials and training resources.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer satisfaction metrics, generating reports for leadership review.
  • Participate in customer outreach programs, including surveys and follow-up calls, to gather insights and drive continuous improvement.
  • Shadow senior specialists on CRM system optimizations and process automation projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in French, Spanish, German, Italian, or Dutch (experience)
  • Prior internship or volunteer experience in customer support or hospitality (experience)
  • Completion of relevant certifications such as Google Analytics or HubSpot Customer Service (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer interaction data from emails, calls, and digital platforms to identify pain points and recommend actionable solutions
  • Develop and maintain customer profiles in CRM systems to personalize engagement strategies
  • Facilitate multilingual customer communications and support ticket resolutions for international markets
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and compile insights into executive summaries
