Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to prioritize customer-driven feature enhancements.
  • Conduct user research sessions, including interviews and usability testing, to gather insights on customer needs across industries.
  • Monitor key customer experience metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT, resolution time) and prepare reports for leadership review.
  • Contribute to multilingual content updates for customer-facing materials, leveraging German skills where applicable.

  • Legal authorization to work in the relevant country for the 12-month contract (experience)
