Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch, achieving 95% first-contact resolution rate
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback using tools like SurveyMonkey to inform service enhancements
  • Develop and translate customer-facing materials into Dutch, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CSAT and ticket volume for Dutch markets
  • Collaborate with product teams to relay customer insights for feature improvements
  • Assist in training junior team members on Dutch-specific protocols and best practices
  • Participate in agile sprints to iterate on customer experience workflows
