Your contributions will directly impact the overall customer experience by assisting in fulfilling requests, resolving issues, and driving a high customer satisfaction index. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing and fulfilling customer requests via email, phone, and digital channels to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Support the team in monitoring and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
  • Contribute to data entry, reporting, and analysis using CRM tools to track customer interactions and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in quality assurance reviews of customer communications to uphold Honeywell's service standards.
  • Help develop and update customer-facing resources, such as FAQs and knowledge base articles, to enhance self-service options.

Summary

As an Intern -Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be a vital member of the Customer Service team, where you will assist in ensuring performance standards are met and maintained to achieve business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.   • Availability for hybrid work schedule (3 days in office in Katowice + 2 days remote) (experience)
  • Strong academic record with GPA equivalent of 3.0/4.0 or higher (experience)
  • Legal right to work in Poland (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or part-time experience in customer service or call center environments (experience)
  • Additional language skills (e.g., Polish, German, or French) (experience)
  • Familiarity with customer experience metrics and tools like Salesforce or Zendesk (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels, ensuring accurate and empathetic communication to resolve issues promptly
  • Log and track customer interactions in CRM systems to maintain accurate records and support reporting
  • Analyze customer feedback and trends to assist in identifying areas for process improvement
  • Support the team in achieving SLAs for response times and first-contact resolution rates
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to escalate and follow up on complex customer issues
