Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customer experience and product teams to identify training needs and gaps in user adoption of Honeywell technologies.
  • Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, interactive simulations, and multimedia training content using tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
  • Conduct needs assessments and deliver virtual or in-person training sessions to customers, ensuring high satisfaction and knowledge retention.
  • Analyze training effectiveness through metrics such as completion rates, feedback scores, and post-training performance improvements.
  • Update and maintain a centralized training library accessible via Honeywell's learning management system (LMS).
  • Support localization efforts to adapt training materials for international audiences across multiple languages and regions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) (experience)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus (experience)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid, international team environment (experience)
  • Legal authorization to work in the assigned international location for the duration of the contract (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating training content using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia (experience)
  • Prior internship or volunteer experience in customer service, training, or education (experience)
  • Knowledge of customer experience frameworks (e.g., NPS, CSAT) or Honeywell product domains (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Assess customer training needs through surveys, interviews, and data analysis to recommend tailored solutions
  • Develop and deploy interactive online training modules, videos, and guides for Honeywell product users
  • Facilitate live training webinars and workshops for global customer segments, tracking engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and sales teams to align training with customer journeys
  • Measure training ROI using analytics tools and iterate content based on feedback and performance data
  • Maintain and update training resources in Honeywell's LMS, ensuring accessibility and compliance
  • Support multilingual content adaptation and contribute to knowledge base articles for self-service learning
