Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customer experience teams to identify training needs and gaps in current programs.
  • Develop engaging e-learning modules, interactive simulations, and multimedia content using tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
  • Conduct needs assessments and pilot training sessions to ensure content relevance and effectiveness.
  • Analyze training metrics using LMS platforms to measure impact on customer satisfaction scores (CSAT/NPS).
  • Support localization of training materials for international audiences, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to update training content aligned with Honeywell's product innovations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) (experience)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages a plus (experience)
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment with strong organizational skills (experience)
  • Legal authorization to work in the assigned international location for the contract duration (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Captivate) (experience)
  • Prior internship or volunteer experience in training, customer service, or education (experience)
  • Certification in instructional design or customer experience (e.g., ATD, CXPA) (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop customer experience training modules, including e-learning courses, videos, and interactive workshops tailored to Honeywell's global workforce
  • Conduct training needs analysis through surveys, interviews, and data review to identify skill gaps
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions for customer-facing teams, measuring engagement and knowledge retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, sales, support) to align training with business objectives and product updates
  • Track and report on training effectiveness using KPIs like completion rates, quiz scores, and post-training CSAT
  • Maintain and update training content library in the LMS, ensuring compliance with Honeywell standards
  • Support international rollout by adapting materials for diverse regions and cultures
