  • Demonstrated interest in customer service, support operations, or CRM systems through coursework, projects, or extracurricular activities (experience)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for international roles (experience)
  • Availability for full-time hybrid work during the 10-12 week internship period (experience)
  • Legal authorization to work in the international location (visa sponsorship not available for internships) (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or co-op experience in customer support, technical support, or call center operations (experience)
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or ServiceNow (experience)
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and triage incoming customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and web portals to ensure timely responses within SLA guidelines
  • Analyze support metrics and customer feedback to identify recurring issues and propose data-driven solutions
  • Develop and update self-service resources, including troubleshooting guides and video tutorials for Honeywell products
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
  • Assist in training new support agents and creating standardized response templates
  • Conduct root cause analysis on escalated tickets and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support global customer support campaigns, such as product launches or service outages
