Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor program risks, budgets, and resources, preparing status reports and dashboards for senior leadership review.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance, to resolve issues and drive program execution.
  • Support the creation of program documentation, such as work breakdown structures (WBS), change requests, and lessons learned reports.
  • Conduct data analysis on program performance metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings, capturing action items and facilitating communication across global teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean Six Sigma principles to streamline program management workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 (experience)
  • Demonstrated interest in program or project management through coursework, extracurriculars, or prior internships (experience)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations (experience)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment (experience)
  • Legal authorization to work in the assigned international location (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or co-op experience in engineering or technical project management (experience)
  • Familiarity with program management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Primavera (experience)
  • Completion of PMP or CAPM certification coursework (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and track detailed project schedules and Gantt charts to ensure engineering programs meet key milestones
  • Analyze program risks and create mitigation plans, collaborating with engineering teams to implement solutions
  • Prepare weekly and monthly status reports, including KPI dashboards for executive review
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, document action items, and follow up on deliverables
  • Assist in budget tracking and forecasting, identifying variances and supporting cost control measures
  • Support quality assurance processes by reviewing program deliverables against Honeywell standards
  • Contribute to post-program reviews, documenting lessons learned to enhance future initiatives
