  • Legal authorization to work in the Czech Republic or EU (no sponsorship for internships) (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pursuing or completed first year of Master's program with focus on embedded systems or IoT (experience)
  • Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) (experience)
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Developer or ISTQB Foundation (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable software solutions for Honeywell's embedded and cloud-based systems using C++ and Python
  • Implement unit and integration tests to ensure software robustness in safety-critical applications
  • Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate firmware with aerospace and industrial control systems
  • Optimize algorithms for performance in resource-constrained environments, leveraging profiling tools
  • Contribute to agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Analyze requirements and create technical documentation for software architectures and APIs
  • Prototype innovative features using machine learning libraries for predictive analytics in IoT devices
