  • Eligibility to work in Finland (EU citizenship or valid work permit) (experience)
  • Availability for a 6-12 month internship in a hybrid work environment (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or co-op experience in manufacturing or engineering projects (experience)
  • Familiarity with Honeywell or similar industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma basics) (experience)
  • Proficiency in Finnish or Swedish language (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Support project planning by developing detailed schedules, resource allocation plans, and cost estimates using tools like MS Project or Primavera
  • Implement standard engineering solutions by coordinating with design teams to integrate technical specifications and resolve implementation challenges
  • Monitor project progress through KPIs, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions to meet time, cost, and quality targets
  • Conduct safety audits and risk analyses to ensure compliance with Honeywell's safety protocols and regulatory standards
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration to optimize customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Analyze project performance data to recommend enhancements in margins, working capital, and operational efficiency
