Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in analyzing supplier performance data and market trends to support strategic sourcing decisions and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Support the development and execution of RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFQs (Request for Quotations) for key categories including raw materials, components, and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and operations, to identify sourcing needs and negotiate supplier contracts.
  • Conduct supplier risk assessments and contribute to building resilient supply chain strategies aligned with Honeywell's sustainability goals.
  • Track and report on key sourcing metrics, such as total cost of ownership (TCO), savings achieved, and supplier on-time delivery performance.
  • Participate in supplier relationship management activities, including scorecards, audits, and continuous improvement projects.

  • Availability for a full-time 12-month contract in a hybrid work model (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Supply Chain or Business Analytics (experience)
  • Relevant certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) (experience)
  • Prior internship or co-op experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market intelligence and supplier data to recommend optimal sourcing strategies and achieve cost reductions
  • Prepare and manage RFPs/RFQs, evaluating bids based on quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability criteria
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing activities with business objectives and project timelines
  • Perform supplier evaluations, risk assessments, and develop mitigation plans to ensure supply chain continuity
