Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining supply plans to ensure optimal inventory levels and on-time delivery of materials.
- Analyze demand forecasts using ERP systems like SAP to identify trends and recommend adjustments.
- Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to resolve supply chain disruptions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fill rates, inventory turns, and service levels, generating reports for management review.
- Support the execution of purchase orders and supplier performance evaluations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lean principles to streamline processes.
- Conduct data analysis using Excel and BI tools to support strategic supply chain decisions.

- Availability for a 6-12 month internship commitment (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or coursework experience in supply chain or logistics (experience)
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle (experience)
- Knowledge of APICS or similar supply chain certifications (pursuing preferred) (experience)
Responsibilities
- Develop weekly and monthly supply plans by analyzing demand forecasts and production schedules to maintain target inventory levels
- Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues to ensure compliance with delivery timelines and quality standards
- Generate and analyze supply chain KPIs using tools like Power BI, presenting insights to the Supply Planner Manager
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve material shortages and implement contingency plans
- Assist in the creation and management of purchase requisitions and orders within ERP systems
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts, recommending process improvements for accuracy
- Contribute to S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings by preparing data and scenario analyses
