Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Honeywell's Niagara-based BMS platforms, troubleshooting issues related to HVAC, lighting, and energy management systems.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in English and French, ensuring 95%+ first-contact resolution rates.
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving software/hardware faults using remote diagnostic tools and Honeywell's proprietary support platforms.
  • Document support cases in the CRM system, escalating complex issues to senior engineers while tracking resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update knowledge bases, FAQs, and training materials for BMS products.
  • Participate in beta testing of new BMS features, providing feedback to enhance product reliability and user experience.
  • Monitor system performance metrics and generate reports on support trends to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver first-line technical support for BMS products, resolving 80% of issues independently through remote access and diagnostics
  • Handle inbound support tickets from francophone customers, prioritizing based on severity and SLA requirements
  • Perform root cause analysis on recurring BMS issues and recommend preventive measures to engineering teams
  • Update and maintain support documentation, including troubleshooting guides in English and French
  • Assist in training new support interns and contribute to team knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MTTR (Mean Time to Resolution) and customer satisfaction scores
  • Collaborate with field service teams to support on-site BMS installations and upgrades remotely
