Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with global stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal departments, to ensure supply chain resilience and compliance with international regulations.
- Drive lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve on-time delivery rates.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for supply chain operations, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.

- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and P&L responsibilities (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, MBA, or equivalent (experience)
- Certifications such as APICS CSCP, CPIM, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or PMP (experience)
- Experience in aerospace, industrial, or high-tech manufacturing industries (experience)
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of integrated supply chain functions, including planning, sourcing, production, and delivery to ensure on-time performance
- Analyze supply chain data using ERP systems like SAP to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve disruptions and improve efficiency
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and logistics providers to achieve cost savings and service level agreements
- Develop and execute contingency plans for supply chain resilience against global disruptions
- Mentor and develop team members, conducting performance reviews and fostering a high-performance culture
- Report on KPIs to senior leadership and contribute to strategic planning initiatives
