Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable IT infrastructure solutions, including cloud-based systems on AWS/Azure and on-premises servers.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex IT issues across networks, applications, and cybersecurity frameworks to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, cybersecurity experts, and business stakeholders, to align IT solutions with organizational goals.
- Implement automation scripts using Python/PowerShell to streamline deployment processes and reduce manual interventions by 40%.
- Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and compliance checks in line with ISO 27001 and GDPR standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor system performance using tools like Splunk and Prometheus, optimizing resources for cost-efficiency and scalability.

- Hands-on expertise in networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and server management (Windows/Linux) (experience)
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and ITIL frameworks (experience)
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices in a corporate setting (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (experience)
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNA, or CompTIA Security+ (experience)
- Experience in manufacturing or aerospace industry IT systems (experience)
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust IT infrastructure solutions to support business-critical applications and ensure high availability
- Lead root-cause analysis for IT incidents and develop preventive measures to minimize downtime
- Automate IT operations and deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab
- Collaborate with global teams to integrate new technologies, including IoT and edge computing platforms
- Perform capacity planning and performance tuning for servers, databases, and virtual environments
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations through regular audits and policy enforcement
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and piloting proof-of-concept projects
