Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise IT systems, including cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), cybersecurity protocols, and network architecture.
  • Oversee a team of IT professionals, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and strategic direction to align with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute IT roadmaps, budgeting, and vendor management to optimize costs and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., NIST, GDPR, ITAR) and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate emerging technologies like AI/ML and IoT into Honeywell's digital ecosystem.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using agile methodologies.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud environments (experience)
  • Proven track record in cybersecurity implementation and risk management (experience)
  • Experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial technology environment (experience)
  • Strong project management skills with PMP or equivalent certification (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Information Systems or Business Administration (experience)
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect (experience)
  • Experience with IoT, AI/ML integrations, or digital transformation initiatives (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations and data center optimizations
  • Manage a team of 10+ IT engineers, fostering skill development and high performance
  • Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and systems
  • Collaborate with business units to deliver custom IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency
  • Oversee IT budgeting, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective operations
  • Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and incident response to maintain system reliability
  • Drive adoption of agile practices and emerging technologies to support Honeywell's innovation goals
