Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise IT systems, including cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), cybersecurity protocols, and network architecture.
- Oversee a team of IT professionals, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and strategic direction to align with business objectives.
- Develop and execute IT roadmaps, budgeting, and vendor management to optimize costs and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., NIST, GDPR, ITAR) and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate emerging technologies like AI/ML and IoT into Honeywell's digital ecosystem.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using agile methodologies.

- Experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial technology environment (experience)
- Strong project management skills with PMP or equivalent certification (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Information Systems or Business Administration (experience)
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect (experience)
- Experience with IoT, AI/ML integrations, or digital transformation initiatives (experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations and data center optimizations
- Manage a team of 10+ IT engineers, fostering skill development and high performance
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and systems
- Collaborate with business units to deliver custom IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Oversee IT budgeting, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective operations
- Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and incident response to maintain system reliability
