Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of large-scale IT programs, from inception through deployment and optimization, utilizing Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps, budgets, timelines, and resource plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including executives, engineering teams, and vendors, to define program scope, objectives, and success metrics.
- Identify and mitigate program risks, implementing proactive strategies to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
- Drive continuous improvement by conducting post-program reviews and incorporating lessons learned into future initiatives.
- Foster a culture of accountability and excellence, mentoring junior program managers and building high-performing teams.

60,000 - 120,000 USD / yearly

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in IT program or project management, with at least 5 years leading enterprise-level programs (experience)
- Proven track record managing complex IT portfolios with budgets exceeding $5M (experience)
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification from PMI (experience)
- Experience in a regulated industry such as aerospace, manufacturing, or defense (experience)
- Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and enterprise architecture (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Information Systems Management or MBA (experience)
- SAFe Agilist or ITIL Expert certification (experience)
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives in Fortune 100 companies (experience)
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate end-to-end delivery of IT programs, including requirements gathering, vendor management, and change control processes
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track program health and ROI
- Negotiate contracts and manage third-party relationships to optimize costs and performance
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for high-stakes IT deployments
- Facilitate executive-level reporting and presentations on program status and outcomes
- Mentor and develop team members to build organizational program management capability
- Integrate emerging technologies like AI/ML and cloud platforms into program strategies
