Junior Supervisor - Integrated Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities across assigned lines, monitoring workflows to maximize throughput and minimize downtime.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to identify bottlenecks and drive process optimizations.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production variances, developing and executing corrective action plans to meet KPIs.
- Lead a team of production associates, providing coaching, performance feedback, and training to enhance skills and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and logistics, to align production schedules with supply chain demands.
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as OEE, yield rates, and labor efficiency using data analytics tools.
- Champion safety protocols and environmental standards, ensuring zero-harm operations in compliance with Honeywell's global policies.

- Strong understanding of safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001) and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001) (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration (experience)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (experience)
- Experience in high-volume electronics or aerospace manufacturing (experience)
Responsibilities
- Oversee shift operations to ensure on-time delivery of production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement Kaizen events for continuous improvement
- Mentor and develop production team members through performance management and skill-building programs
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance and reduce equipment downtime
- Prepare and present production reports to senior leadership, highlighting variances and improvement opportunities
- Drive adoption of digital tools like IoT sensors and predictive analytics for real-time production monitoring
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols across all operations
