Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end installation, commissioning, programming, and optimization of BMS systems, ensuring seamless integration with HVAC, lighting, fire safety, and security subsystems.

- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians and field teams, fostering skill development and adherence to Honeywell's safety and quality standards.

- Strong safety record and compliance with OSHA, NEC, and industry standards (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or Building Systems (experience)
- Honeywell certifications (e.g., Niagara N4, WEBs, or SymmetrE) (experience)
- Experience with enterprise-level BMS integrations in commercial or industrial settings (experience)
Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute the installation and commissioning of advanced BMS hardware and software on customer sites
- Program and configure controllers, networks, and user interfaces using Honeywell tools like Niagara Workbench
- Troubleshoot and repair complex system faults, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence
- Mentor and train junior staff on best practices, safety protocols, and advanced troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and customer teams to scope projects, resolve integration challenges, and ensure on-time delivery
- Conduct system performance testing, energy audits, and generate comprehensive reports for clients
