Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for aerospace connectivity systems, from concept through certification and deployment.
- Design and architect scalable solutions for flight data recorders and cabin management systems, ensuring compliance with FAA, EASA, and DO-178C standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software, hardware, and systems engineers, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and perform system integration testing in simulated and real-world environments.
- Mentor junior engineers, foster knowledge sharing, and drive continuous improvement in development processes.
- Interface with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to define requirements and validate solutions.

- Eligibility to work internationally, with willingness to travel up to 20% (experience)

- Certifications such as PMP, INCOSE CSEP, or Six Sigma Green Belt (experience)
