As a Lead Customer Marketing Specialist, you will spearhead customer-centric marketing strategies for Honeywell's aerospace, building technologies, and performance materials sectors. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer marketing strategies, including segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle management programs tailored to Honeywell's diverse B2B customer base.
  • Lead the creation of multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, events) that drive customer acquisition, retention, and upsell opportunities across product lines.
  • Analyze customer data using CRM tools to identify trends, measure campaign ROI, and optimize marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and digital teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Mentor junior marketing specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.

  • Design and execute customer journey mapping and personalized marketing campaigns to boost engagement and loyalty
  • Lead A/B testing and optimization of email, web, and event-based marketing initiatives for maximum ROI
  • Conduct market research and customer surveys to inform product positioning and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop account-based marketing (ABM) programs for key enterprise clients
