Reporting to the Director of OT Cybersecurity Sales, you will leverage Honeywell's cutting-edge OT security platforms to meet or exceed aggressive sales targets in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads within industrial sectors such as manufacturing, energy, and utilities, identifying OT cybersecurity pain points and aligning Honeywell solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including pipeline management, forecasting, and negotiation of complex, multi-year contracts valued at $1M+.
  • Conduct technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts for OT cybersecurity tools like network segmentation, anomaly detection, and zero-trust architectures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and channel partners, to customize solutions and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships with key stakeholders, delivering ROI-focused presentations and thought leadership on OT security trends.
  • Analyze market intelligence and competitive landscapes to refine go-to-market strategies and achieve quarterly/annual quotas.
  • Drive customer success post-sale through upselling, renewals, and advocacy to foster long-term partnerships.

  • Deep understanding of OT protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, OPC UA) and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443) (experience)
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger Sale (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Cybersecurity or MBA (experience)
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GICSP (experience)
  • Prior experience in industrial sectors like oil & gas, manufacturing, or utilities (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and lead generation in OT-heavy industries
  • Qualify prospects by assessing their OT cybersecurity maturity and aligning Honeywell solutions to specific needs
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial discovery to contract negotiation and closure, achieving 100%+ of targets
  • Deliver compelling value propositions, including customized demos of OT security platforms and TCO analyses
  • Partner with technical teams to architect solutions addressing threats like ransomware and insider risks in ICS environments
  • Monitor sales pipeline health, provide accurate forecasting, and report metrics to senior leadership
  • Cultivate strategic relationships and expand accounts through cross-selling advanced analytics and managed services
