Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end engineering of security systems, from requirements gathering to commissioning and handover
- Perform detailed site surveys and risk modeling to architect scalable, future-proof security solutions
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and IT teams to integrate security systems with building management and enterprise networks
- Develop and execute test plans, including penetration testing and failover simulations for system reliability
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct knowledge transfer sessions on best practices
- Monitor system performance post-deployment and implement upgrades to address evolving threats
- Prepare technical proposals, BOMs, and documentation for bids and regulatory approvals
