Key Responsibilities

  • Perform root-cause analysis and repairs on malfunctioning security hardware and software, minimizing client disruptions
  • Optimize field operations by scheduling service calls, managing inventory of parts (e.g., cameras, controllers), and using telematics for efficiency
  • Mentor and develop team members through hands-on training and performance reviews to achieve departmental KPIs
  • Interface with customers to assess needs, demonstrate system capabilities, and secure repeat business or expansions
  • Maintain compliance with local codes, NFPA 72, and Honeywell service protocols through audits and documentation
