Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Field Service Technicians by assigning tasks, mentoring staff, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and service standards during on-site installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Honeywell systems.
  • Optimize field operations through data-driven process improvements, implementing predictive maintenance strategies and leveraging IoT diagnostics to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by conducting root-cause analyses on service issues, developing tailored solutions, and fostering long-term partnerships through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product engineers and sales, to identify upselling opportunities, integrate feedback into product roadmaps, and support business growth initiatives.
  • Manage travel logistics, inventory of service tools/parts, and compliance with OSHA, FAA, and industry regulations during high-volume deployments at customer facilities.
  • Prepare detailed service reports, performance metrics, and recommendations for senior leadership to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in field service, maintenance, or installation of industrial automation, HVAC, or aerospace systems (experience)
  • 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role managing field service teams (experience)
  • Proven track record of troubleshooting complex electro-mechanical systems with minimal supervision (experience)
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 100% domestically, with valid driver's license and passport (experience)
  • Strong knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, NFPA) and diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters, PLC programmers) (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration (experience)
  • Certifications such as Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), Honeywell-specific training, or Six Sigma Green Belt (experience)
  • Experience with Honeywell products (e.g., Experion PKS, Building Management Systems) or similar industry-leading platforms (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 Field Service Technicians, conducting performance reviews and skill development training
  • Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades on customer-site equipment, resolving issues in real-time to meet SLAs
  • Develop and implement service optimization strategies, including predictive analytics and remote monitoring to reduce response times
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through site visits, technical consultations, and post-service satisfaction surveys
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align field activities with sales pipelines and product enhancement projects
  • Ensure 100% compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations during all field operations
  • Analyze service data to generate reports and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency
