  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50% within India (experience)
  • Strong knowledge of Indian safety regulations (e.g., Factories Act) and ISO 9001 standards (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration (experience)
  • Certifications such as Honeywell Field Service Certification, Six Sigma Green Belt, or OEM-specific training (e.g., Siemens, Schneider Electric) (experience)
  • Experience with IoT-enabled predictive maintenance tools and CRM systems like Salesforce (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead on-site installation, commissioning, and calibration of Honeywell control systems and sensors for industrial clients
  • Diagnose and repair advanced issues in automation equipment, including PLCs, SCADA, and building management systems
  • Optimize field service workflows by implementing digital tools for scheduling, dispatching, and real-time reporting
  • Drive customer satisfaction through proactive service planning and post-service follow-ups, achieving NPS targets
