Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily HR operations including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management for a diverse, international workforce.
  • Maintain and audit employee data in HRIS systems like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with GDPR, local labor laws, and Honeywell policies.
  • Lead process optimization initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and implementing automation tools to enhance service delivery and reduce turnaround times.
  • Conduct compliance audits, manage risk assessments, and develop training programs to mitigate HR-related legal exposures.
  • Serve as a key escalator for complex employee inquiries, partnering with HR business partners, legal, and finance teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Generate insightful HR analytics and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to inform strategic decisions and track key metrics such as turnover and engagement.
  • Mentor junior HR administrators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

  • Master's degree in HR Management or Organizational Development (experience)
  • Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or CIPD (experience)
  • Experience in HR process automation and analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits enrollment for international employees
  • Oversee data governance in HR systems, conducting regular audits to ensure 100% accuracy and security
  • Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and employee experience
  • Ensure organizational compliance through policy updates, risk assessments, and training on global regulations
  • Lead resolution of escalated HR cases, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely solutions
  • Produce advanced HR metrics and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making by leadership
  • Mentor and develop junior staff, promoting a high-performance HR services team
