Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily HR operations including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management for a global team.
  • Lead the maintenance and accuracy of employee data in HR systems like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data privacy compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and local regulations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to automate workflows, reduce administrative burdens, and enhance service delivery to employees and managers.
  • Conduct audits, resolve complex HR inquiries, and provide guidance on policies to support business units across international locations.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to analyze metrics, generate reports, and recommend strategies for talent retention and operational efficiency.

Summary

As a Lead HR Services Administrator here at Honeywell, you will manage HR operations, oversee employee data, ensure compliance, and streamline processes to enhance workforce management and productivity. You will report directly to our HR Director and you’ll work out of our San Luis, location on a Hybrid work schedule.

  • Proven experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM (experience)
  • Strong knowledge of international HR compliance, including labor laws, data privacy (GDPR/CCPA), and employment regulations (experience)
  • Experience managing payroll, benefits, and employee data for multinational workforces (experience)
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required; additional languages (e.g., Portuguese) a plus (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in HR Management or Organizational Development (experience)
  • Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or CIPD (experience)
  • Experience in process optimization using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration of HR transactions, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and transfers across international locations
  • Ensure 100% accuracy and security of employee records in HR systems through regular audits and data validation processes
  • Design and deploy automation tools and workflows to streamline HR service delivery and reduce processing times by 20-30%
  • Partner with legal and finance teams to maintain compliance with global employment laws and mitigate risks
  • Analyze HR metrics and KPIs to provide actionable insights and monthly reports to senior leadership
  • Mentor junior team members, conduct performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Respond to escalated employee and manager inquiries, resolving issues within SLA timelines
