Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily HR operations including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management for a diverse global workforce.
  • Maintain and audit employee data in HRIS systems like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with GDPR, local labor laws, and Honeywell policies.
  • Lead process optimization projects, implementing automation tools and best practices to reduce administrative burdens and enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct compliance audits, develop risk mitigation strategies, and train HR teams on regulatory updates.
  • Serve as a key escalator for complex employee inquiries, resolving issues with speed and empathy while fostering a positive employee experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to analyze HR metrics, generate actionable insights, and support strategic workforce planning.
  • Mentor junior administrators, driving team performance and knowledge sharing.

  • Strong knowledge of international employment laws, compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and payroll regulations (experience)
  • Experience leading HR process improvements and managing employee data integrity (experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume, confidential HR transactions with accuracy (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in HR Management or Organizational Development (experience)
  • Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or CIPD (experience)
  • Experience in a manufacturing or technology sector with global workforce management (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits enrollment for international employees
  • Administer and maintain employee records in HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy, security, and audit readiness
  • Ensure compliance with local and global HR regulations through regular audits, policy updates, and training programs
  • Identify and implement process streamlining initiatives using automation tools like RPA or AI-driven HR tech
  • Lead resolution of escalated employee service issues, achieving high satisfaction rates and SLA adherence
  • Analyze HR data trends to provide insights for workforce planning and report to HR leadership
  • Mentor and develop a team of HR administrators, fostering a high-performance culture
