Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive logistics strategies to streamline supply chain processes across transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks.
- Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to optimize freight routing, reduce transit times, and minimize costs while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee inventory control systems, implementing forecasting models and cycle counting to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock.
- Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis for logistics disruptions, developing corrective action plans to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, fill rates, and total landed cost, generating reports for senior leadership.
- Mentor junior associates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety in warehouse operations.
