  • Oversee daily office operations, including coordinating support staff schedules, reception duties, and visitor management to ensure smooth workflows
  • Lead procurement of indirect spend categories such as office supplies, printing services, and maintenance contracts, achieving annual cost savings targets
  • Develop and execute office service strategies, including space optimization for hybrid work and implementation of sustainable practices
  • Mentor and performance-manage a team of 5-10 coordinators, fostering skill development and high team morale
  • Analyze office expenditure data and vendor performance to recommend process improvements and risk mitigation
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to standardize office support protocols across international sites
