Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and finance, to align project objectives with customer requirements and Honeywell's strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement project management processes, tools, and dashboards to enhance efficiency and transparency in international operations.
  • Monitor project progress using industry-standard methodologies like PMI and Agile, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular status reviews, stakeholder communications, and post-project evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party contracts to optimize costs and performance in a global supply chain.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in international settings (experience)
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent (experience)
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Asana (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration (experience)
  • Experience in aerospace, industrial automation, or building technologies sectors (experience)
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean certification (experience)
  • Fluency in multiple languages for international stakeholder engagement (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership to direct reports, conducting performance reviews and fostering skill development to ensure team excellence in project delivery
  • Coordinate and track project timelines, budgets, and resources across global teams to guarantee on-time, on-budget customer outcomes
  • Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive analysis and contingency planning in dynamic international environments
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by organizing meetings, preparing reports, and communicating status updates to executives and clients
  • Implement and optimize project governance frameworks, including KPIs, dashboards, and compliance audits aligned with Honeywell standards
  • Manage procurement and vendor performance to support seamless project execution and cost efficiency
  • Drive post-project lessons learned sessions to enhance organizational processes and customer satisfaction metrics
