Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using advanced tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, ensuring alignment with milestones and deliverables.

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard project outcomes.

  • Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration (experience)
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM certification (experience)
  • Experience with Honeywell or similar Fortune 100 company projects (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project schedules and critical path analyses to ensure on-time delivery
  • Oversee cost management processes, including variance analysis and forecasting for multi-phase projects
  • Perform risk identification, qualitative/quantitative assessments, and implement mitigation plans
  • Prepare executive-level reports, KPIs, and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Mentor and develop junior administrators, conducting performance reviews and training sessions
  • Drive change initiatives by leading process optimization and stakeholder alignment workshops
  • Build and lead diverse, high-performing teams to foster innovation and inclusivity
